Return Policy

We are confident you will love your Red Owl item(s). We want you to enjoy your purchase and experience with our items. If you're not satisfied, we will make things right. You may return any item within 14-days of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. You will receive a full refund, which shall be credited back to the original payment method, in the amount paid for the item you are returning.

If, within 14-days of your purchase from Shop Red Owl you are not completely satisfied, please email admin@shopredowl.com to request a return. Please use the email address that was used to place the order and add the order number that can be found on your order confirmation email to the subject section of the email.

You must return the item to us in its original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will give you a refund for the returned product, less shipping costs.

If you return a product purchased using a promotional discount, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product.
